Bhinder Construction Ltd delivered a full retail redesign and fit-out within a high street commercial unit in Kingston upon Thames.
The project involved complete internal reconfiguration, installation of bespoke joinery elements, coordinated suspended ceiling systems and integration of lighting and mechanical services. The shopfront was upgraded with new glazing and framing to enhance street presence while maintaining compliance with landlord specifications.
Structural modifications were undertaken where required to support layout redesign and installation of custom-made fixtures.
Works were delivered within agreed programme timelines and in coordination with adjacent occupiers and landlord operational requirements.
