Bhinder Construction Ltd delivered a complete restaurant fit-out within a high street commercial unit in Guildford.
The project commenced from shell condition, requiring full CAT A preparation works followed by CAT B installation including kitchen infrastructure, customer seating areas and coordinated MEP integration.
Works included formation of a fully operational commercial kitchen, installation of bespoke joinery elements, suspended ceilings, lighting integration and durable flooring systems suitable for hospitality environments.
Project Outcome
The completed restaurant provides a compliant, operationally efficient and commercially functional hospitality space delivered within the agreed programme timeframe.
