The project commenced from a shell condition, requiring comprehensive CAT A enabling works including service coordination, ceiling installation and partition formation. CAT B works followed, incorporating glazed meeting rooms, bespoke feature wall detailing and integrated planting elements to enhance the workspace environment.
The fit-out included installation of suspended ceilings with linear LED lighting, coordinated HVAC integration, durable commercial flooring and structured workstation layouts designed for operational efficiency.
