Process of Implementation
The project began with an assessment of site requirements and workforce needs in coordination with the principal contractor. Based on the construction programme, we supplied a combination of groundworkers and general operatives to support early groundwork activities and ongoing site operations.
Our team worked across multiple phases of the build, assisting with excavation support, material handling, structural preparation, and internal works as required. Labour allocation was managed flexibly, allowing the workforce to scale up or down in line with programme changes.
Regular communication with site management ensured tasks were clearly defined, health and safety standards were maintained, and productivity remained consistent throughout the project duration.
