Bhinder Construction Ltd delivered a comprehensive refurbishment of a multi-use function space and associated hospitality areas within a South London community venue.
The existing function room had deteriorated over time and required full modernisation to improve usability, lighting performance and environmental comfort. Works commenced with internal strip-out, followed by installation of durable timber-effect flooring, upgraded lighting systems and integrated air conditioning to support year-round use.
In addition to the main hall refurbishment, the boardroom space was reconfigured to accommodate match-day and event hospitality functions. This included layout optimisation, improved finishes and coordinated service integration to enhance both functionality and presentation.
A stairwell refurbishment was also undertaken to ensure visual continuity and a cohesive finish throughout the facility.
