Project Overview
Bhinder Construction Ltd was appointed to deliver the roofing structure and external envelope works as part of a residential new build project in Clapham Common.
Following a detailed site assessment, works commenced with installation of a new timber structural roof framework, forming the primary support system for the roofing package. This was followed by full felt and batten installation to ensure correct ventilation, alignment and long-term performance.
Spanish slate tiles were installed across the pitched roof areas to provide a durable and visually refined finish in keeping with residential design standards. Flat roof sections were completed using a high-performance EPDM / GRP waterproofing system to ensure effective weather resistance and longevity.
New guttering and fascia systems were installed to improve rainwater management and provide a clean external finish.
Project Outcome
The completed roofing structure provides a compliant, durable and weather-resistant solution delivered within the agreed four-week programme.
The project reflects structured residential construction delivery, coordinated trade execution and disciplined site management aligned with quality-controlled installation standards.
