Bhinder Construction Ltd is a London-based construction company delivering commercial fit-outs, residential developments and refurbishment projects across London and the South East.

The company was established following the director’s early experience within structured construction environments, including exposure to projects delivered under national contractors such as Mears Group. This provided foundational understanding of site coordination, compliance standards and organised project delivery.

Initial works were undertaken as a subcontract trade package provider, beginning with tiling installations on a temple development in Wembley. From this starting point, the company progressively expanded its scope of delivery, taking on larger trade packages and full project coordination roles.

Today, Bhinder Construction Ltd operates with a core team of 12 direct personnel, supported by a wider network of specialist trade subcontractors with an annual turnover in excess of £1.5 million. Our projects are delivered through coordinated trade management, disciplined supervision and compliance-led execution.

We continue to operate as both a principal contractor and a subcontract delivery partner, supporting programme-driven environments across commercial and residential sectors.
